Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

  Ship the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
